The service

Simply Image Tools provides free, in-browser image editing tools “as is” and without warranty of any kind. Because all processing happens on your own device, results depend on your browser and hardware.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the images you process and for ensuring you have the rights to do so. Do not use these tools to infringe copyright, remove attribution you are required to keep, or otherwise break the law or a third party’s terms of service. The watermark-removal tool is provided for legitimate uses such as editing your own generated images; you remain responsible for complying with the image generator’s own terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simply Image Tools is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the tools, including any loss of image data. Keep your own backups of original files.
